Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Lymphique, we want you to feel confident trying Lymphique's Lymphatic Drainage Drops. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price in full. You do not need to return the bottle.
How to request a refund
- Email us at lymphiqueusa@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- We will confirm your request within 1-2 business days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Cancellations
To cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped are covered by the guarantee above.
